How It Works

Two paths, both gated by verification, both ending in a direct introduction.

For Founders

  1. 1Register and complete your founder profile.
  2. 2Submit verification: fundraising details with your PAN and CIN.
  3. 3Once verified, create your company profile and startup listing, and upload your pitch deck and PAS-4.
  4. 4Submit your listing for review — our team checks the company, the listing content, and publishes it once every gate clears.
  5. 5Review incoming pitch deck requests and approve the investors you want to see your deck.
  6. 6Accept meeting requests from investors whose deck request you approved — contact details are exchanged once you accept.

For Investors

  1. 1Register and complete your investor profile.
  2. 2Submit verification: PAN, address proof, and organization documents if applicable.
  3. 3Once verified, browse Discover and filter by industry, stage, location, and ticket sizes.
  4. 4Request access to a pitch deck — you can only view it once the founder approves your request.
  5. 5Once your deck request is approved, request a meeting with the founder.
  6. 6Once the founder accepts, contact details are exchanged and you continue the conversation directly.

SPREZOX's role ends once the introduction is made. Due diligence, negotiation, legal documentation, and any resulting investment happen independently between the founder and investor, outside the platform.
