Draft — not legal advice, not reviewed by counsel

This page is a placeholder drafted for engineering purposes. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel — including the securities-intermediary review already flagged as a launch prerequisite — before publishing or relying on it. Highlighted terms below mark decisions that still need to be made.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains the cookies Sprezox actually uses today. We've kept it specific rather than generic — if it doesn't match what the platform does, it's wrong.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled without breaking login:

  • access_token — authenticates your session. Short-lived.
  • refresh_token — used to renew your session without requiring you to log in repeatedly.
  • user_id — identifies your account for session renewal.
  • role — determines which workspace (Founder, Investor, or Admin) you're routed to.

If you check "Remember me" at login, these cookies persist for 7 days. Otherwise, they expire when your browser session ends.

3. What we don't use

Sprezox does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or third-party web analytics (such as Google Analytics). We don't run ads and don't share browsing data with ad networks.

4. Local storage (not a cookie, disclosed for transparency)

Your light/dark mode preference is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

5. Third-party cookies

We do not currently embed third-party services that set their own cookies on Sprezox pages. If this changes — for example, if a payment or analytics provider is introduced — this policy will be updated first. [revisit this section before adding any third-party embed, script, or widget].

6. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies listed above are strictly necessary, disabling them will prevent you from staying logged in to Sprezox.

7. Changes to this policy

If the cookies or technologies we use change, we'll update this page and, where required, ask for renewed consent.
